Picking Flours is a Cottage Food Bakery located in Irvine, CA. We make sourdough breads and cookies using a variety of organic whole grain gluten-free flours. We strive to minimize the use of refined sugars and oils, and have many allergen-friendly options.

You can try our OG loaf when you order the gluten-free toast option at Neat Coffee in Costa Mesa or Little Billy’s in Newport! A mini version of the OG loaf can be found in the freezer section at all Rye Goods locations!

All our items use gluten-free ingredients, and all the baking tools, ovens, and work areas are gluten-free, however the kitchen is not dedicated gluten-free. Many of our items are free from dairy, soy, nuts, eggs and sesame as well. We try our best to avoid cross-contamination, but the kitchen is not an allergen-free kitchen at this time.
