Hi there! I’m Shannon. I run Picking Flours, a Cottage Food Bakery located in Irvine, CA dedicated to making organic, gluten-free, and allergen-friendly sourdough breads and baked goods. I use a variety of whole grain flours and aim to minimize the use of refined sugars, oils, and gums.

All our items use gluten-free ingredients, and all the baking tools, ovens, and work areas are gluten-free, and there is never wheat, rye, or barley flour used in the kitchen, however the kitchen is not dedicated gluten-free. Many of our items are free from dairy, soy, nuts, eggs and sesame as well. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
