We’re Picking Flours…

Specifically gluten-free, whole grain flours to make sourdough bread, cookies, and more. Please come pick flours with us!

  • Hi there! I’m Shannon. I run Picking Flours, a Cottage Food Bakery located in Irvine, CA dedicated to making organic, gluten-free, and allergen-friendly sourdough breads and baked goods. I use a variety of whole grain flours and aim to minimize the use of refined sugars, oils, and gums.

  • Order on the Products page 2 days in advance for pickup/delivery Friday-Sunday, 12-5pm.

    Local Delivery is available in Orange County, CA.

    UPS/USPS Delivery is available in California.

  • All our items use gluten-free ingredients, and all the baking tools, ovens, and work areas are gluten-free, and there is never wheat, rye, or barley flour used in the kitchen, however the kitchen is not dedicated gluten-free. Many of our items are free from dairy, soy, nuts, eggs and sesame as well. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
