Frozen OG Sourdough from Rye Goods
To enjoy the loaf at it’s tastiest, give it a little refresh! Follow these instructions:
Keep loaf frozen until ready to consume.
Place oven rack in the lower third of the oven and preheat to 350F.
Place bread directly on oven rack, bake 45 min (or until center is warm), and it’s ready to enjoy! Can keep out on the counter in airtight container for 2 days.
For further storage, slice and freeze in airtight container. Toast individual slices when ready to consume. Keeps for around 1 month in the freezer.
