Refresh Instructions:
From Frozen
Keep loaf frozen until ready to consume.
Place oven rack in lower third of the oven and preheat to 350F.
Run the loaf under water for 5 seconds, then loosely wrap in foil. (Wrapping helps prevent thickening of crust)
Place bread directly on oven rack, bake 45-60 min (or until center is warm). Optionally, brush with olive oil and bake uncovered for 8 min to crisp up crust. Let cool unwrapped, and it’s ready to enjoy!
Keep out on the counter in airtight container for 2 days.
For further storage, slice and freeze in airtight container for 1 month. Toast individual slices to enjoy.

Optional Crispy Crust Step: After the wrapped bake, lightly brush the loaf with olive oil and return to oven uncovered for 5 min.

All loaves will keep on the counter for 2-3 days. After that we recommend slicing and freezing the loaf in an airtight container, where it will last for 1 month. The bread can be toasted straight out of the freezer to enjoy!

All cookies will keep on the counter for 3 days. For longer storage, freeze in airtight container for up to 1 month. Just thaw them out on the counter to enjoy!
