Frozen OG Sourdough from Rye Goods

To enjoy the loaf at it’s tastiest, give it a little refresh! Follow these instructions:

  • Keep loaf frozen until ready to consume.

  • Place oven rack in the lower third of the oven and preheat to 350F.

  • Place bread directly on oven rack, bake 45 min (or until center is warm), and it’s ready to enjoy! Can keep out on the counter in airtight container for 2 days.

  • For further storage, slice and freeze in airtight container. Toast individual slices when ready to consume. Keeps for around 1 month in the freezer.

How to Store Our Bread

All loaves will keep on the counter for 2-3 days. After that we recommend slicing and freezing the loaf in an airtight container, where it will last for 1 month. The bread can be toasted straight out of the freezer to enjoy!

How to Store Our Cookies

All cookies will keep on the counter for 3 days. For longer storage, freeze in airtight container for up to 1 month. Just thaw them out on the counter to enjoy!
